For goods purchased from this website, you can apply for return/exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods (subject to the date of receipt on the logistics documents) according to the following conditions.
1. All items are exchangeable at your expense (including delivery from your location to the warehouse and replacement from our warehouse to your location). Discounted items are non-refundable. All returned/exchanged items must be in brand new condition with complete packaging (including merchandise, boxes, accessories, labels).
2. In addition to the quality of goods, each transaction is only allowed to exchange or return once, and the replacement must be the same style and color goods.
3. Without our prior permission, www.shophappyz.com will not refund the goods returned by customers themselves.
4. Items purchased on www.shophappyz.com website cannot be refunded or returned to any physical store.
Shipping and taxes on your order will not be refundable if you request a refund.
If the price of the replacement item is lower than the original purchase price, the difference will not be refunded. If the price of the replaced item is higher than the original purchase price, the difference will be reimbursed.
